Submissions are evaluated based on originality, theoretical contribution, methodological soundness, academic quality, and compliance with scientific and ethical standards.
All submissions first undergo a preliminary editorial screening for technical, formal, and ethical compliance. At this stage, the authenticity and verifiability of the references cited in the manuscript may also be checked. Manuscripts that successfully pass the preliminary screening are evaluated by the editor in terms of scope, relevance, and adherence to the journal’s publication principles. Submissions deemed suitable are then sent to at least two independent reviewers through a double-blind peer review process.

The journal conducts its publication procedures in accordance with national and international ethical standards and takes into account the principles and guidelines of COPE, DOAJ, and the Interuniversity Council of Türkiye (ÜAK).

Artificial intelligence systems cannot be listed as authors. If AI tools have been used in the preparation of a manuscript, this must be clearly and transparently disclosed within the article. The use of AI tools does not eliminate or reduce the academic, scientific, or ethical responsibility of the authors.
JMTPR does not charge any submission, review, or publication fees. All stages of the submission, evaluation, and publication process are conducted free of charge for authors.
