Journal of Management Theory and Practices Research (JMTPR) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal operating in the fields of business and management sciences. The journal is published biannually (June and December). All articles published in JMTPR are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). JMTPR adheres to the ethical publishing standards and guidelines of COPE, DOAJ, and the Interuniversity Council of Türkiye (ÜAK).
