Journal of Management Theory and Practices Research (JMTPR) is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal published by the International Academic Studies Association. The journal publishes original research articles and review articles in Turkish or English in the fields of management, organization, and related areas of the social sciences.

JMTPR aims to contribute to scholarly knowledge by publishing theoretically grounded, methodologically rigorous, and academically original studies. The journal adopts an interdisciplinary perspective and encourages academic dialogue among researchers working across different social science disciplines.

JMTPR was established in 2020 and is published biannually, in June and December.

Article Submissions

Manuscripts submitted to JMTPR must be original, unpublished, and not under evaluation by another journal at the time of submission. The content and submission of the manuscript must be approved by all authors.

Submitted manuscripts should be consistent with the aims and scope of the journal and must comply with academic, scientific, and ethical standards. Papers that have previously been presented only as abstracts at scientific meetings may be submitted to JMTPR, provided that they are converted into full article format and that the previous presentation is clearly indicated in the manuscript.

JMTPR accepts article submissions throughout the year. All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer review process.

The inclusion of a manuscript in the evaluation process does not guarantee publication. The final decision regarding acceptance, rejection, revision, and issue placement rests with the Editorial Board.

The responsibility for the ideas, opinions, findings, interpretations, conclusions, and recommendations expressed in published articles belongs solely to the author(s).

Publication Fees

JMTPR does not charge any submission, evaluation, or publication fees. All stages of the editorial, peer review, and publication process are conducted free of charge for authors.

JMTPR addresses academicians, researchers, professionals, experts, graduate and doctoral students, undergraduate students, and other readers interested in management, organization, and the broader field of social sciences.
